My role is to work with our clients to identify the perfect venue for their next event. Whether they are looking for somewhere to stage a large national conference, a quirky venue for a teambuilding exercise or an intimate private dining experience for select VIP customers.

My job is incredibly varied, no day is the same which I love. I spend time everyday speaking to different clients and venues and building great relationships with people, it’s one of my favorite things about working in the venue sourcing  department. This job also gives me the opportunity to travel all over the UK and Europe, stay in grand hotels and visit incredible venues.

Together, with my team, I love to drive excellence, innovation, and results every day. Through events I have visited some extraordinary destinations such as the Himalayas, remote parts of Africa and the great outdoors of Sweden’s Lapland. I dedicate a lot of additional time on a daily basis to the effort to deliver an extraordinary event, and experience to clients.

Day to day I manage a diverse range of events for international customers.

I answer RFPs and adapt my strategic recommendation depending on the client’s needs and values. In addition, I manage a team that supports the execution and I provide a post-event analysis and survey regarding the event. I am always on the lookout for the latest trends and venues but more importantly I identify all the services required to master and produce a magical event!
