Official job title: Consultant M&E

Marisol joined CWT Meetings & Events in 2015. Within her role she determines the purpose of the client’s meeting before preparing a plan and identifying a venue according to their needs and preferences. In addition she identifies all the services required, plans, orders and oversees technology requirements and manages the all-important food and beverage.

 

What excites Marisol most about her role is the chance to continually learn new things and be creative. She loves that every day is different making it impossible to be bored.

 

She also enjoys the emphasis placed on personalizing client relationships and getting to know them all individually. This especially helps the team to instinctively know their clients’ preferences as well as what they need.
